You can cancel the orders that have not been processed /approved/shipped by us in which case we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. The right to decide whether the order can be cancelled or not lies entirely with HMT Limited and the customer agrees not to dispute the decision of HMT Limited regarding the cancellation.
You can send your request to cancel the order to us. Go to My Accounts->My Orders, click on Request Cancellation against the order to be cancelled, fill in the details and submit your request. We shall email you the action taken and initiate cancellation/refund process in case the order can be cancelled.
Once the order is cancelled by us, the refund process will be initiated. The amount will be refunded to your account through which the transaction will be made within 15 working days.
